Mary sent me the sweetest email a couple of weeks ago. She saw my Rhumba bracelet (above) excerpted in the April/May issue of Beadwork (The bracelet is a project from my new Glass book and it was awesome of my friends to put it in the magazine too!) and shared with me her very own version (below):

Jamie, this is a gorgeous bracelet!! i have done some seed bead work and have taught myself a few techniques. I am more of a larger bead jewelry designer and especially love wirework, but sometimes i like to do a seed bead project because i find it calming, and this looks loke one i'd like to try!! Just gorgeous!
